|Do you ship internationally?|
|Unfortunately, we are only able to ship to delivery addresses in the United States at this time.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|We ship all orders using Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service and charge a flat $9.00 shipping fee. This is the only shipping method offered. FREE shipping is provided for orders over $100.00.
|An item is missing from my shipment.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the bottom of our site under the "account" heading to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order were shipped. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service (email@example.com) for assistance.|

|When will my order ship?|
|Orders are usually shipped 1 to 3 business days after order placement. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the bottom of our site under the "account" heading to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
